We create a set of user accounts that are associated with a specific environment on the system. This allows us to monitor and quickly identify problems related to users or subsystems. If you need more accounts just make the request via the Help Desk and we will create as many as you need. We do prefer that you reuse accounts as students leave classes. You will be granted control over the accounts so that you may reset them as needed.
